Student Technical Staff
Our Makerspace and TEAM Lab staff members:
[-] Are outgoing and ready to help others become better designers and fabricators. Our staff is a service-oriented community of makers with a wide variety of skills and backgrounds.
[-] Have experience designing with any of our tools/equipment!
[-] Are able to provide a welcoming environment in a service-oriented position, helping users with fabrication and design. Staff must also be willing to learn! We train on machines and for equipment maintenance, and provide other opportunities for potential creative projects!

Graduate Assistants
The Grainger Engineering Design Innovation Lab hires graduate students each year to help oversee the Makerspace and other shops within the College of Engineering. If you have experience with hands-on learning and shops (e.g. 3D printing, welding, tools, etc.), please contact us. We may also be able to combine this work with your research interests towards a thesis.
